The Buffalo Bills fell short of their ultimate goals during the 2025 NFL season, losing their streak of winning the AFC East and failing to make the Super Bowl once again.

Many positive results still came considering the team's 12-5 record.

But not from everyone in 2025, according to the fancy stats.

Here were the five Bills players on defense that had the lowest Pro Football Focus grades last season:
