A.J. Brown credits Vrabel's toughness for his success

Brown explained that while Vrabel was extremely tough on him during his first three NFL seasons, he now understands that the coach was simply trying to push him to become his best self. "He was holding me accountable, and we grew close over the years," Brown said. When asked what Vrabel told him upon the trade becoming official, Brown replied that his former coach's message remained consistent: "Get open and catch the ball."
