World-famous Italian manufacturer Ducati will enter the FIM Flat Track World Championship in 2026 with the Desmo450 MX model. The British-based VRX Dirt Store Ducati Race Team will field British riders Tim Neave and Ashton Boughen for the ten-round series, which has been extended from six rounds this year as a mark of its growing popularity.
The thirty-year-old Neave, reigning British champion and former British Superbike Championship contender, will be aiming to improve on his current sixth-placed ranking. His eighteen-year-old teammate Boughen is regarded as a serious up-and-coming talent who has previously raced for Yamaha Europe in Motocross. The championship will visit eight countries and two continents, starting in the Netherlands on May 9 and concluding with two rounds in Argentina on October 24-25. tbzikra.com
