Klint Kubiak leads massive youth movement in Raiders coaching staff

Las Vegas Raiders head coach Klint Kubiak has orchestrated a significant age drop for the coaching staff, averaging just 38 years old.

Klint Kubiak’s arrival marks a paradigm shift for the Las Vegas Raiders, not just in play-calling but in the staff's demographic. His top lieutenants, Offensive Coordinator Andrew Janocko (38) and Defensive Coordinator Rob Leonard (38), join him in a massive youth movement that averages nearly 24 years younger than the previous Pete Carroll era.

With General Manager John Spytek at 45, the Silver & Black's leadership core is now predominantly young. Despite their youth, the trio brings significant experience, with Kubiak entering his 13th NFL season and Janocko and Leonard having 14 and 13 years of coaching experience respectively.
