Elsewhere, the Eastern Conference-leading Detroit Pistons routed the Bulls 126-110 to extend their winning streak to five games, while the San Antonio Spurs beat the Sacramento Kings 139-122 to extend their winning streak to eight games. Victor Wembanyama scored 28 points for the Spurs.
