Judge Simpson granted Moore a hearing on March 2, giving his attorneys a chance to contest the arrest’s probable‑cause basis.
Moore was fired in December after the university alleged an inappropriate relationship with a staff member, then arrested on charges of home invasion, stalking and breaking and entering.
