Politicians Secure Cheap Norway vs Morocco Tickets

New York and New Jersey politicians have arranged for 500 tickets to Norway's World Cup warm-up match against Morocco to be available at just $25, significantly cheaper than the previous minimum price of $88.

New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani, along with New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill and New York Governor Kathy Hochul, secured the discounted tickets for the June 7th match in Harrison, New Jersey. The $25 price (approximately 230 kroner) makes the match more accessible to local fans. moryak.biz

The Road to 26 organizing committee previously indicated that the match is expected to sell out, with the stadium holding 25,000 spectators. Mamdani stated that they are proud to work with partners to ensure these games are accessible to all New Yorkers. Norway begins their World Cup phase with matches against Iraq (June 16th), Senegal (June 22nd), and France (June 26th).
