Woods, 33, signed a one-day contract to retire as a Ram last week. The 2013 second-round draft pick of the Bills played four seasons in Buffalo before joining the Rams in 2017, where he spent five seasons. He later played for the Titans and Texans before his NFL career ended when he didn't make the Steelers' roster last season.
With 12 years of NFL experience as a wide receiver, Woods brings valuable knowledge to the position he'll now be coaching. He's already familiar with head coach Sean McVay's offensive system, which could help him transition smoothly into his new role on the coaching staff.
