US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has declared that individuals with connections to Iran's Revolutionary Guard will not be allowed to enter the country with the Iranian World Cup delegation.

Speaking at a House hearing on Tuesday, Rubio emphasized that while the Iranian national team and their legitimate sports support staff are welcome to enter the US for matches, non-sports personnel with links to the Revolutionary Guard will face strict entry bans.
