Vikings Announce 2026 Coaching Staff — and more

Head coach Kevin O'Connell's staff includes new hires Kyle Caskey (offensive quality control), Chili Davis (assistant special teams), and Will Johnson (defensive assistant). Returning coaches also have new titles, with Josh McCown becoming pass game coordinator and Mike Siravo adding a senior defensive assistant role.

The full staff joins established coordinators Brian Flores (defense) and Wes Phillips (offense), completing the Vikings' 2026 coaching structure announced Tuesday.
