Grand Forks Central to host public celebration for state hockey title

Mar. 2—GRAND FORKS — Grand Forks Central will host a public celebration for the school's North Dakota boys hockey state champions on Wednesday, March 4, at 6:30 p.m. in the Central auditorium.

Following the celebration, there will be a private team banquet in the Central commons for the team and their families only.

On Saturday, Central won the school's 31st state championship with a 5-2 win over Grand Forks Red River at Scheels Arena in Fargo.
