Finebaum, appearing on McElroy and Cubelic in the Morning, expressed support for the gathering but cautioned against it becoming 'just another show.' 'If something doesn't happen very quickly, this thing could blow up,' he said, referencing growing frustrations around NIL, the transfer portal, and overall structure. The SEC host warned that the current environment is bordering on unsustainable, with 'really a lot of angry people inside the bubble' among college athletics leadership.
