FSU Softball Run Rules FAMU

No. 10 Florida State softball claimed a run rule victory over Florida A&M in their midweek homestand matchup, with strong offensive performances throughout the game.

The game saw FSU jump out to an early lead, with Jaysoni Beachum driving in the first run in the bottom of the first inning. The Seminoles continued to pile on runs, extending their lead to 8-0 by the second inning behind contributions from multiple players including Kennedy Harp's 2-RBI double.

Florida State added 6 more runs in the fourth inning to secure the run rule victory, with Ashtyn Danley pitching effectively in the early innings before Marlee Gaskell took over in the fourth.
