Indiana, Illinois Race for Bears Stadium

Indiana Senate has passed a bill by a 45-4 vote that would help fund a Bears stadium near the Illinois border. Meanwhile, an Illinois legislative committee has advanced a bill to help the Bears build on property they own in Arlington Heights.

Both states are moving toward decision-making time, though the Bears have not yet made a deal with any entity.
