Liverpool Target Diomande, Mane, Gordon for Left Wing

Liverpool are targeting RB Leipzig’s 19‑year‑old Yan Diomande, Wolves’ 18‑year‑old Mateus Mane and Newcastle’s 24‑year‑old Anthony Gordon for the left‑wing position.

Diomande, who scored eight goals and provided six assists in his debut Bundesliga season, is rated as RB Leipzig’s best prospect since Erling Haaland and could command up to £87 m. Wolves’ breakout star Mane, who has featured across the front line and is valued at around £50 m, is also on Liverpool’s radar. Both players offer explosive dribbling, lethal finishing and high‑quality chance creation.

Newcastle’s Anthony Gordon, who has netted 10 goals in Europe this season and is a key centre‑forward for Eddie Howe, has expressed a desire to join the Reds. Liverpool’s interest in Gordon follows a near‑miss in 2024 when the club almost signed the former schoolboy.
