The leaked report cards show letter grades for 32 NFL teams on categories such as family treatment, home field, food, nutrition, locker room, training staff, weight room, strength coaches, position coaches, and offensive coordinators. The cards were compiled from 1,759 player responses collected between Nov. 2 and Dec. 11, covering all players on 2025 rosters.
An arbitrator earlier this month ruled that the NFLPA could not publish the cards to the public, though it could share them with players. The leak, posted by ESPN’s Kalyn Kahler, includes only the grades, omitting the comments that appeared in previous releases. The 2025 report cards remain available online.
