Plea deals possible in Billups' rigged poker ring case

Chauncey Billups and 30 others are back in a Brooklyn federal courthouse for the latest updates on their case involving a nationwide rigged poker ring, though prosecutors now indicate plea deals are possible.

During Wednesday's proceedings, federal prosecutors told the judge they anticipate reaching plea deals with nearly two dozen individuals charged in October.

The case centers on the alleged operations of a nationwide poker ring involving Billups and his associates.
