Reddick Wins COTA, Sets Cup Series Record with 3-Start Streak

Tyler Reddick dominated Sunday's race at Circuit of the Americas, securing his third consecutive victory to start the 2026 season and becoming the first driver in NASCAR Cup Series history to achieve this feat.

Reddick led 58 of the 95 laps, showcasing the driving skills that allowed him to separate from the field. Shane van Gisbergen, the 2024 road-course ace, finished second but was unable to close the gap, while Ross Chastain suffered a wheel detachment that resulted in a penalty.

Hendrick Motorsports driver Alex Bowman was substituted out mid-race due to illness. Co-owner Denny Hamlin called the three-race start to the season "unbelievable" and unlikely to be repeated in his lifetime.
