(…) I’ve seen different reports put there as well, someone reported that Kawhi could be traded, another that his contract would be voided… Either scenario of Kawhi is forced to be traded or his contract is voided and he is a free agent, no one has more cap space this summer than the Lakers. So the lakers are in a prime position. Living in LA for the past six years, I don’t know if he would want to relocate (…) That could put the Lakers in a position to acquire him or sign him. I want to tread lightly with this. There’s just a lot we don’t know about this situation. We’ll have a clear picture once the investigation is concluded. I think right now this is just noise and chatter.
