Bologna beat Brann 1-0 to reach Europa League last 16

Bologna advanced to the Europa League Round of 16 after defeating SK Brann 1-0 in the second leg.

Joao Mario scored the decisive goal as Bologna sealed a 2-0 aggregate victory with a 1-0 win over SK Brann. The Rossoblu held firm after Brann defender Jacob Sorensen was sent off in the 37th minute. Bologna will face either Roma or Freiburg in the Round of 16.
