Cardiff Edge Past Leinster

In rain-lashed conditions at the Arms Park, Cardiff claimed their first win over Leinster since January 2022. The home side led 3-0 at halftime through Callum Sheedy's penalty before extending their advantage with a try from scrum-half Aled Davies.

Leinster responded with a converted try by Luke McGrath in the 68th minute but Cardiff held on despite being reduced to 14 men. The victory sees Cardiff level on points with Leinster in second place and gives them a 15-point cushion over teams vying for the top eight.
