West Ham United manager Nuno Espirito Santo has banned Adama Traore from lifting weights at the club's training ground.

Nuno believes Traore's physical genetics are sufficient and wants the winger to focus on prevention work instead.

The manager explained that Traore's genetics have remained unchanged for years and he carries enough weight naturally.
